The surgery also offers a smoking cessation clinic which is held fortnightly on a Tuesday afternoon. Appointments can be made by phoning the surgery on 4062 3303.
Patients phoning for test results are asked to ring after 11am or alternatively after 3pm.
The receptionist will advise you if you need to speak to a GP and will arrange for a GP to call you back.
Please call one week after the test has been taken.
If you wish for someone else to have access to your test results, e.g. spouse, partner, mother, father, son, daughter etc. Please click on the link below and forward an original signed copy to the surgery, so your records can be updated.

MINOR INJURY SERVICE
As the name ‘Minor Injury Service’ suggests, this service covers injuries which:
If it is suspected that a problem may be serious, patients should either go to their nearest A&E or call 999 as appropriate.
For minor injuries MORE THAN 48 HOURS OLD, patients should make an appointment to be seen by their GP in the normal way.
Examples of Injuries which will be treated
* If you feel you have a UTI but do not need to see a GP, you can take a sample to the Treatment Room and an antibiotic will be left if the sample is positive for a UTI.
This list is not comprehensive but provides an indication of the scope of the service.
Examples of Injuries not suitable for treatment at the Surgery
To access the Minor Injury Service patients should go to the Treatment Room or call 4062 3303 for advice.
We are happy to undertake, by appointment, examinations and reports for insurance companies, solicitors, HGV/PSV etc. Please note that this work falls outside NHS services and attracts a fee.
